Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product, as long as it's in perfect condition and after our approval.

This policy does not apply to custom orders or personalized designs.

All gold jewellery is non returnable, but can be exchanged within 3 days as long as it's in perfect condition and after our approval.

Also, any product engraved or inscribed with text is non-returnable and nonrefundable.

Any gemstone that is not set in jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

In case of a return:
The product amount will be refunded to the customer via InstaPay within 14 days of receiving the returned item, after deducting the return shipping fees.
This is provided that the product is in its original condition.

For orders paid via Value, refunds are issued after 60 days from the purchase date.
An administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and no requests will be processed before the 60-day period is completed.
